  All around pleasant experience.  My eyebrows came out just the way I wanted.  Excellent job.

  Anzhela did a wonderful job with my microblading. The spa is located in an older building close to downtown Cary. She has a clean studio in the upstairs offices. For microblading, the first appointment was the initial application with a color to match. She applied the anesthetic, matched the color and applied the product. Anzhela is very meticulous and did a perfect arch and shape. She gives you a healing product (aquaphor) to take with you and good instructions. You then return in 5 weeks for a touch up. She also does facials and other spa treatments. Thank you so much for giving my face and brows a new look.

  Angela is my go-to master for any beauty treatments. My latest favorite treatment was microblading where my overplucked eyebrows were returned back to their natural shape. Prior to that, I was undergoing treatments that helped me clear up my skin from acne. Angela always listens to my needs, she's knowledgeable, gentle and professional. I never leave her salon disappointed.

  I was in need of a Brazilian wax and luckily found Angela on Yelp! I made an appointment online the evening before and the request was accepted quickly. Her space is located on the second floor of a cute little home with other businesses on the corner of Dry and Harrison Ave. It's completely private and comfortable. The wax was fantastic and reasonably priced ($45). She also gave me a frequent visit type of card where the 5th wax will be half price, which I think is fantastic! I've been to many aestheticians and had dozens of waxes and this was definitely in the top 5 best experiences! I've found my new wax artist in Cary 🙂

  The atmosphere is relaxing, she's very gentle and takes care of her clients. Fantastic Waxxing and lash lift service! Always looks great. Prices are fair! Would definitely recommend to book with Angela.

  Amazing experience getting the microblading done! I was so nervous but Angela made me so comfortable. The salon is clean and calming. The microblading didn't hurt and there was no down time. The end result is natural full brows that I couldn't be more happy with. Will definitely recommend and will be back for more procedures!

  I went to Rouge et Noir for my first Brazilian wax in a few years. I had stopped going in the past because I had tried laser hair removal (which did not work and I don't recommend.) Anzhela was professional, thorough, and quick, three very important characteristics in an aesthetician. I will be going to her regularly from now on!

  I started going to Angela for my bikini waxing.  She is so professional it's the one time I actual felt comfortable getting a Brazilian wax.  I decided to book a Glycolic facial with Angela and it was amazing!!  My skin is so smooth and the massage was fantastic!!  I can't wait to go back!

The salon is located in a single room of a historic house and only serves one client at a time, thus ensuring that complete privacy and quality service are provided. Angela also recently informed me that the salon will soon be upgrading to a new type of wax that is used by hospitals and offers equally thorough results with less pain. Rouge et Noir has affordable pricing and offers punch cards (offering 1 free wax after 5). After visiting salons that charged more and provided less thorough results, Rouge et Noir was a welcome find. I have already booked my next visit.
